Dancing For a Purpose…Dancing for a Cause!
Stage Presence believes that arts and civic engagement go hand-in-hand. Creating community and civic minded individuals is at the cornerstone of our organization supported by our mission, vision, and goals.
With a main goal of bringing the local communities together, Stage Presence aims to host regular free or low cost community dance events with varying styles, and ages in mind. All upcoming community dance events can be located below!
In December of 2025 we are launched a multi-studio campaign to collect donations (both physical and monetary) to support Foodlink. See below to see a guide on items that can and cannot be donated!
5 studios participated in the donation drive and we were able to donate $250 dollars in addition to 3 full bins of non-perishable food items to Foodlink.
Missed the event but still want to make a difference? No problem! You can donate directly to Foodlink below - every $1 donated provides 3 meals to families across Rochester in need!
In addition to these regular community engagement events, Stage Presence also seeks to perform regular community service projects not related to dance or the arts! All upcoming service projects will be listed below.
Stage Presence is proud to support Strike it Up Artistic Center through their Chapter of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts. Students in grades 6-12 can join this Chapter to earn points towards induction. The Chapter hosts several of their own service projects throughout the year.
